We ship to addresses across Canada. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of what's inside — the box itself gives nothing away.

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your address, before you pay.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items cannot be returned once they've been opened or used. This is standard practice across the industry, not a policy specific to us — it protects every customer, including you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us to make right. Contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
