We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding — you'll never be charged an incorrect price without being told first.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we're free to accept or decline — for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable. If we decline or cancel an order, you won't be charged for it (or will be refunded if you already were).
